In India the mobile numbers have 10 digits with AB-XYZ-OOOOO format where ->
AB = access code
XYZ = MSC code
OOOOO = subscriber code

Generally  10 MSC codes are given to a mobile operator hence first four digits of the mobile number become sufficient to identify the mobile operator. Now what we have to do is spoof our number with the admin’s Mobile Number.

Note down the simple code conversion. And if you know the Binary conversion it will be much easier…

1 — 0 0 0 1
2 — 0 0 1 0
3 — 0 0 1 1
4 — 0 1 0 0
5 — 0 1 0 1
6 — 0 1 1 0
7 — 0 1 1 1
8 — 1 0 0 0
9 — 1 0 0 1

Steps is Given Below:
♦ As I gave the Binary conversion above. Check it and make it to the victims phone number.
I mean – If the admin’s number is 910000000000, then you need to check the Binary conversion and write the 4 digit numbers in place of it.
Eg: 910000000000 = 1 0 0 10 0 0 10 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 00 0 0 0
♦ Now the second step is make this message with the help of Binary conversion : “cng=true?=[ target mobile number in binary ]! [ your mobile number ]&findchache.mnc.id=[802]ste5%Set.content?/ rfd=gv”
Target mobile number in binary: Replace That Binary Code of the Admin with this.
your mobile number: Type your mobile Number.
♦ Now Finally, send the message! then Uninstall WhatsApp from Your phone And Reinstall it.
Done! Now You are the admin of the group! Enjoy!!!!!
